Bokor HillBokor Hill is strategically located 42km from the provincial town. It was erected by French colonists in 1922 during the reign of King Sisowath. Bokor was a leisure place for the french colonists who needed to exchange atmosphere from the plain area to the mountainous area at seaside before. Bokor Hill is 1,075m high, which has good weather and magnificent view. Big trees casting shadows over the water and rocks shaped up as animal figures hold particular interest for tourists. The mountain overlooks Kampot Town, Kep beach, Preah Sihanouk province and blue sea water. 7km away from the mountain, a swimming spot is situated at the Popork Vil waterfall. Tourist s can swim and bathe for pleasure.
